About
Toni supports English-speaking families in Amsterdam and Amstelveen through pregnancy, birth and the turns nobody plans for. Alongside birth and postpartum doula care she teaches HypnoBirthing and offers fertility and motherhood coaching plus specialist NICU support, drawing on her own medically complex pregnancy, prematurity and NICU experience. Her focus is helping you make sense of options rather than adding more information, and feeling confident in conversations with your care team. She works with families planning home births, epidurals and caesareans alike.

Introductory session, two preparation sessions, unlimited WhatsApp support, 24/7 on call from 38-42 weeks, continuous labour support and a birth reflection session.
Postpartum planning session before birth plus flexible in-home practical and emotional support after birth.
Five weekly live online sessions with digital workbook, HypnoBirthing book, relaxation audio tracks and WhatsApp support, for birthing person plus partner.
Five private sessions in person or online, with course materials, HypnoBirthing book and ongoing WhatsApp support.
Three 1:1 virtual sessions covering emotional grounding, navigating NICU structures, communication preparation and planning the transition home.

Do I have to be planning a particular kind of birth?
No. She works with families planning home and water births, epidurals and caesareans. What matters to her is how you want to feel moving through it, not how you plan to give birth.
