About
Elaine Delbary coaches Amsterdam families through baby and toddler sleep, for children from four months to five years, with a separate package for expectant parents and newborns. Every family gets a customised plan plus daily check-ins over WhatsApp, phone or video for two to three weeks — no cry-it-out. She also runs group workshops for parents and daycare centres, and offers a free fifteen-minute call first.

Services & prices
1:1 sleep coaching for children 4 months to 5 years: questionnaire, customised Sleep Sense plan, 60-minute video call, daily sleep-log reviews Mon-Fri and follow-up calls.
Everything in The Lamb Package plus seven-day-a-week sleep-log review by WhatsApp or text and two extra 15-minute calls; required for coaching several children at once.
Add-on for each additional child aged 4 months to 5 years coached at the same time.
Follow-up consultation for previous clients facing a new sleep issue; 30 minutes for EUR 55 or 1 hour for EUR 80, with unused minutes saved for later.
30 minutesFor expectant parents and newborns up to four months: a 30-minute interactive presentation, a 15-minute follow-up call and a copy of the presentation.
Tailored sleep workshops for groups of parents or day care centres; rates on request.
