In the Cinemini room at Eye Filmmuseum, Het kind van de Gruffalo is shown for the very youngest. It is the follow-up to De Gruffalo, and again a Groot Gevaarlijk Dier has the lead role. The film lasts 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of play.
The child leaves the warm burrow and goes into the forest looking for the Grote Gevaarlijke Muis. Father has described the monster: fiery eyes, a long scaly tail and whiskers as hard as wire.
Children aged 2 to 6 have their first cinema visit in what Eye calls its most beautiful and intimate cinema room. Every Sunday morning it opens for toddlers, preschoolers and their parents or grandparents, with film and play in a light landscape.
Good to know: Reserve online at Eye Bar Restaurant if you want a drink or something to eat afterwards.
