Eye Filmmuseum is showing The Gruffalo in its Cinemini room for the very youngest children. A small, brave mouse comes up with a trick to keep the big dangerous animals in the forest at a distance. He invents a beast with spines on its back, big teeth and a wart on its nose, and frightens the other animals with it. Then the Gruffalo suddenly stands in front of him for real.
The film lasts 30 minutes, with 30 minutes of play afterwards. It is for children aged 2 to 6, who get their first cinema visit in Eye’s most intimate film room. That room opens every Sunday morning for toddlers, preschoolers and their (grand)parents, with film and play in a light landscape. This screening is on Sunday 25 October, starting at 10:30.
Good to know: If you want a drink or something to eat afterwards, you can reserve online for Eye Bar Restaurant.
