On Sunday 15 November 2026 at 10:30, Eye Filmmuseum shows the short film The Gruffalo for the very youngest, in the Cinemini hall. A small, brave mouse tricks the big dangerous animals in the forest to keep them away. The mouse invents a big beast with spikes on its back, big teeth, and a wart on its nose. The mouse scares the animals with this Gruffalo, but then the Gruffalo actually appears. The film lasts 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of play.
Children aged 2 to 6 can have their first cinema visit in Eye’s most beautiful and intimate cinema hall. Every Sunday morning this hall opens for toddlers, preschoolers and their (grand)parents, with film and play in a light landscape. Afterwards, you can reserve online for a drink or food at Eye Bar Restaurant.
Good to know: After the film, you can reserve online for a drink or food at Eye Bar Restaurant.
