Autumn Holiday: Bye Cat (4+) — HNTjong

HNTjong brings Bye Cat (Dag Poes) to the Bijlmer Parktheater in Amsterdam on Thursday 15 October, from 15:00 to 16:00, in the theatre hall. It is a musical theatre adventure for children aged 4 and up.

Cat is gone, without saying anything. Where could he be? The show is described as poetic, full of music and songs about meeting people and saying goodbye, about small sorrows and big adventures. That runs from saying bye to the paving stone you were just standing on, to burying a blowfly in a matchbox.

Tee, Ee and Jee go looking for Cat. Tee worries endlessly about him, while Ee is sure it will all work out. Their new neighbour Jee comes to help, because he knows all about saying goodbye, having recently waved off the whole neighbourhood. According to Jee, saying goodbye does not mean you will never see each other again.
