You don’t have to face pregnancy loss alone

Pregnancy loss can leave you feeling lost, overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you have experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, a medically indicated termination, or fertility treatment that did not result in the pregnancy you hoped for, your loss deserves to be acknowledged.

I offer personal, compassionate support to help you find your way through this experience — at your own pace and in a way that feels right for you.

A six-month journey, with space for you

My six-month support programme gives you time and space to process what has happened and to find a way to carry your experience with you.

During these six months, we work through five practical and meaningful assignments, each designed to help you understand your grief, give your pregnancy or pregnancies the place they deserve, and gradually regain a sense of direction.

Between our sessions, you can choose to continue with additional exercises or homework, depending on what feels helpful to you.

We can meet online or in person, whichever feels most comfortable for you. And throughout the programme, you can reach out to me via WhatsApp, so you don’t have to feel alone between our sessions.

My goal is not to make you forget or simply “move on”. It is to help you find a way to make space for your loss while continuing to live your life.

Together, we work towards a place where your pregnancies and your experiences can have their own place in your story — and where you can slowly begin to look towards the future again with more confidence, trust and peace.
