A one-woman relocation practice covering Amsterdam and Amstelveen, run by Aina, a Norwegian who moved abroad twice herself and has lived in the Netherlands for nearly twenty years. She works in packages: the essentials of arriving (home search, municipality registration, BSN and visa guidance, bank, utilities, health insurance), a 60-day family setup covering schools, childcare, a GP and family logistics, and a longer integration programme that includes partner support, community introductions and language guidance. Housing-only support is available separately. First consultation is free.

What do the packages cost?

The site gives price indications: roughly EUR 1,750 to 2,500 for the arrival essentials, EUR 2,000 to 3,000 for the 60-day family setup and EUR 2,500 to 4,000 for the 90-day integration programme. Housing-only search runs on a EUR 50 monthly retainer plus a success fee of one month's rent once a home is found.
