Three dancers dive into the unknown in Diep, driven by rhythm, raps and emotion. They dig, they collide, they enjoy themselves. They feel the pressure of the dive, but let themselves be swept up by sparkling love of life.
The performance is about the depths we are afraid of, and how they give us meaning. Deeply sad, deeply happy, deeply in love, or deeply tangled up. The dancers make the frightening depth tangible. Sometimes confrontational, sometimes liberating, always with a raw honesty. It plays at Theater De Krakeling in Amsterdam.
