About OT301

The OT301 was squatted in 1999 and bought in 2006 by a diverse, international community united in an association called EHBK. They run this alternative, not-for-profit platform as a collective, in which housing, workspaces and public functions are combined to contribute to the arts, politics and subculture.

Its public spaces are Studio 301 for music, dance and performance, the 4bid Gallery for exhibitions, workshops and performances, the Ventilator cinema and bar — a space for discussion, screenings, workshops and meetings — and Cafe Gilde, the building's culture kitchen.

The building's own workshops-and-classes agenda lists weekly Parent & Child imaginative sessions for two- to four-year-olds in the AnaMorphic studio on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings, alongside dance and improvisation sessions for grown-ups.
