Kids paint their own autumn picture onto a ceramic tile at Kids Art Club Amsterdam. There is a choice of autumn images, from a cheerful squirrel to other cosy autumn scenes, so every tile ends up different.
The afternoon starts at 13.30 with a short autumn game so the children get to know each other, and the creative workshop begins at 14.00. Around 14.45 there is a short break with a healthy snack and an autumn treat, then everyone goes back to the craft table to finish the artworks. Children who finish early can play a game or make a small extra craft. At the end the group looks at each other’s creations and talks about how the afternoon went. Parents pick up at 16.30, and the children take their own autumn artwork home.
It is for children aged 7 to 12. The camp runs on Tuesday 13 October, Wednesday 14 October or Thursday 15 October, at Studio Creatief, Orteliusstraat 151, 1057 XJ Amsterdam West.
