VROG is the only space in the center of Amsterdam that combined parkour /freerunning, trampoline and dance. A unique converted tunnel of 3,000m2 with an indoor trampoline jump park, freerun park, dance studio, spacious bar and podium. Anyone from the age of 2 can find a way to move at VROG. We offer freerunning training and trampoline training from age 4, birthday party from age 4 , calisthenics training for teens and adults, parkour for adults, urban dance classes, studio rental, team building and more. At VROG, in the heart of busy Amsterdam, you’ll find space to move, train, dance and play.
