About
Sanne has worked as a nurse at OLVG West for many years and has been an independent IBCLC lactation consultant since 2015. Consultations happen at your home and are focused entirely on you, your baby and your partner. A first consultation runs about ninety minutes: she observes and adjusts positioning and feeding, can check your baby’s mouth and oral motor skills, examines the breast if needed, and gives you full written advice. She also offers a prenatal breastfeeding information session. She works across Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Uithoorn and Hoofddorp.

Services & prices
Individual consultation before birth to ask personal questions and get tailor-made breastfeeding information.
60 minutesDiscussion of the breastfeeding situation, observation and adjustment of latching and feeding, examination of the baby's mouth and, if needed, a breast examination.
90 minutesHome consultation including follow-up contact as needed for six months.
EUR 25 per 15 minutes; a first treatment usually takes about 45 minutes in total.
15 minutesFree monthly online Zoom session for expectant mothers, in Dutch and in English, covering feeding frequency, knowing if baby drinks enough and the partner's role.
