Do I need a referral from our GP?
Yes, if you want your insurer to pay. The practice asks for an SGGZ referral letter from the huisarts that includes the GP's AGB code, the words verwijzing sggz and a DSM-5 diagnosis.
How much of the cost comes back from insurance?
The practice states roughly 55 to 80 percent depending on your policy, with full reimbursement possible if you were referred through waiting list mediation.
