Kids Dental Zuidoost B.V.
Paediatric dental practice for children aged 0 to 14
About
A children’s dental practice on the Bijlmerdreef that treats only children, from the first milk tooth to age 14. It takes referrals from dentists, GPs, specialists and the consultatiebureau for children who find dental treatment hard or need specialist care, and a child who has never seen a dentist can be registered without a referral. The approach is gentle: a first visit is just getting to know each other, then practice visits before any treatment, with sedation options if needed. Care for under-18s is insurance-covered.

- Children never seen by a dentist can register without a referral, from the first tooth

Insurance & costs
All treatment for children under 18 is covered by the parents' basic insurance, with no own contribution.
Frequently asked
Do we need a referral?
If your child has been referred by your own dentist, call to book an intake. If your child has never been to a dentist, you can register without a referral, from the moment the first milk tooth comes through.
What happens at the first visit?
The first appointment is an intake: you meet each other, the paediatric dentist looks in your child's mouth and a provisional treatment plan is agreed with you. As a rule nothing is treated at that first visit.
What does it cost?
All treatment for children under 18 is reimbursed from the parents' basic insurance, with no own contribution and without using up your dental insurance. Some treatments need prior authorisation from your insurer, and you will be told if that applies.
